The coronavirus has changed the way we live our lives and do business. We want you to know that Superior Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning is doing our part to stop the coronavirus while providing you with the critical plumbing, heating and air conditioning services you and your family need.
Governor Whitmer has authorized companies considered to be essential services to operate. Since plumbing, heating and air conditioning services are an essential service, the State of Michigan has authorized Superior Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning to operate and serve customers.
If you’ve scheduled an appointment, or are planning to do so, we want you to feel comfortable knowing we have taken unprecedented steps to make sure our visit to your home is safe for everyone. That’s why we’ve elevated our internal and external safety practices to minimize health risks including:
- Not shaking hands with our customers to limit physical contact
- Avoiding contact with pets
- Extra hand washing and sanitation before and after each customer visit
- Use of antibacterial and anti-microbial cleaning solutions for our hands, equipment, and our workspaces
- Wearing of latex gloves
- Cleaning and disinfecting of frequently touched surfaces
Keep in mind, YOU are in charge of our visit to your home. If you have any requirements that would make you feel more comfortable, we’ll adhere to them for the safety of your family, our employees and the community.
